About Us

My name is Beth Gorham-Matthews. I am your local Denturist!

My family has been in the Parry Sound area for ages. I went to Whitestone School in Dunchurch and Parry Sound High School. My post-secondary education consists of a degree in Biological Science from University of Guelph and a diploma in Denturism from George Brown College. After all that time living in the city, I was ready to head north so I returned to the area to practice! I was an associate with a clinic in Parry Sound for several years. Mentoring there gave me a firm grasp of my denturist skills as well as the business skills needed to open my own clinic.

It was very exciting in November 2001 when I opened up my office in Sundridge.

It has been a pleasure to work at a job I love and live in the area I feel such an affinity to. My husband and I bought the family farm that I grew up on, so we have been able to share our farm life and raising our children in the area.

Most of my patients can date their dentures based upon what stage in life my children were in. As youngsters they have spent a lot of time in the office and everyone has enjoyed seeing them grow

Our entire family is very active in the community. While we enjoy our work lives, it is our family life and community involvement that gives us great satisfaction and fulfillment and pride in our community.

We are involved in our children’s school, our local agricultural society and municipality. I am also involved with my Denturist regulatory body serving on several committees.

At Gorham Denture Clinic, I strive to offer the best quality service and materials while maintaining the small, hometown feel of a practice in Northern Ontario. Continuing education is a priority and I enjoy updating my skills, learning about new techniques and materials, and networking with fellow dental professionals.

I look forward to meeting you and finding a solution to your dental needs!
